The Northport Hotel is a 26-room luxury boutique hotel in Northport, Long Island.

The hotel will feature 26 ultra-luxury guestrooms, a two-story rear parking garage, and a 5,095 sf restaurant. The historic costal village in Long Island New York is just an 1.5-hour drive from NYC, and the village’s upscale shops, dining, and marina makes Northport a popular destination for weekend getaways and weddings.

The financing is provided by LordCap Green through the partnership with the Energy Improvement Corporation (“EIC”), New York’s C-PACE program. Through C-PACE (“Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy”), the borrower was able to access low-cost, long-term capital by rewarding verifiable efficiency and conservation savings.
