C-PACE assessments take a senior lien position over the mortgage, meaning the C-PACE repayment is prioritized if the property goes into foreclosure. This can increase the risk for mortgage lenders and reduce their recovery in a default.

Terms

Next, LordCap Green will issue financing terms in the form of a term sheet. After signing the term sheet, we get to work on financing your project.

Underwriting

LordCap Green will underwrite and close the deal in conjunction with your other lenders.

We fully fund the deal into escrow on close. We will work with the other lenders to streamline the distribution process throughout construction.
