Renovation of a former distillery into a new social hall
LordCap Green successfully provided $3.5M towards the gut rehab of the historic No. 15 Lousiville.
LordCap Green successfully provided $3.5M towards the gut rehab of the historic 121 W. Main Street, a renovation project of a former distillery into a new social hall named “Number Fifteen”.
Once complete, the six-story W.L. Weller building will bring in craft distillers and brewers, musicians and chefs from across Kentucky, as well as offering a private suite and basement sports bar. The name of the venue, Number Fifteen, is a reference to Kentucky being the 15th state to join the union. It is set to open in spring 2023 – in time for the Derby.
The financing is provided by LordCap Green through the partnership with Energize Kentucky, Kentucky’s C-PACE program. Through C-PACE (“Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy”), the borrower was able to access low-cost, long-term capital by rewarding verifiable efficiency and conservation savings.
